An improved system of lodging online claims

The system of lodging online claims was improved from 1 March 2009. At present each customer lodging claims on www.ponetex.com.pl will receive on his/her e-mail the confirmation with the claim number and the name of our employee responsible for claim handling process. This system will make the communication more efficient and shorten the time needed for considering the claim.
