Quality of logistics services

The Ponetex company consists of 105 highly skilled workers . Among them there are specialists in the field of modern logistic solutions, international transport, customs clearance and domestic transport . Thanks to a young and dynamic team our company ensures the highest quality of services.

In June 1, 2004 Ponetex Logistics gained ISO 9001:2000 certificate . It testifies the high quality of services offered to our customers. On 1.06.2007 Ponetex Logistics obtained the prolongation of quality certificate ISO 2001:9000 after the successful audit conducted by Lloyd`s Register.

It took our employees 8 months to create this quality management system and the implementation of it took place at the end of 2003. The assessment of this system was performed by the well known audit company Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. This certificate includes international and national shipping, warehousing and all the departments of the company (Rakoniewice, Skierniewice and Nowy Tomysl). ISO 9001:2000 confirms that our company fulfils the requirements of this standard. We put much effort on quality in order to increase satisfaction of our clients. Our company is a more reliable firm for our present customers and this certificate lets us gain the new ones. The implemented quality management system standard will be continuously developed and verified in order to find the weak points. The interesting fact is that the system of quality management was created and implemented thanks to the financial help of PHARE funds, the programme "An introduction to quality".

In July 2003 the company achieved a distinction "The highest quality" ("Najwyższa jakość " ) for offering European standard of logistic services.

That is why our company received congratulations from:

- Starost of Poznaf
- Mayor of the town and community Rakoniewice

The research done in July 2003 by Data Group showed that the Ponetex company is placed on the 7 th position in Poland as far as the quality of key customers' service is concerned.

In 2004 we achieved a distinction in the research programme carried by Data Group. The research concerned the delivery of groupage dispatches . The distinction is even more valuable for us because the majority of world known logistic companies offering this service took part in this research.

In 2005 Ponetex Logistics underwent the research and again was placed in the group of the best logistic companies as far as the quality, services' competitiveness and customers' satisfaction are concerned.

Ponetex, a company taking part in the distribution of food products, is entering a system assuring the appropriate health quality of food products HACCP.
