Contrary to popular belief that lodging complaints is difficult and takes a lot of time the customers of Ponetex can lodge a complaint on our web site. A complaint notification is automatically send together with the attachments to the Complaint Department what considerably shortens the time of resolving the complaint. Only one person from our staff controls the customer's course of action and is in contact with the customer giving him necessary information.
